About Me
Sam Tibi is an educator with a strong background in management and banking, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy at Niagara University. He holds two master’s degrees, one in Business Administration and the other in Education from Niagara University. Sam has more than 17 years of teaching experience at the secondary and post-secondary levels. Sam has also spent 5 years in educational management, serving 3 years as Head of High and Middle School and 2 years as Acting Diploma Manager, where he served on the accreditation team and conducted in-house workshops to improve the learning process.
Before transitioning to education, Sam gained valuable experience in finance and administration through his work in banking and other sectors. The industry experience that he gained enriches his teaching of Business, Accounting, and Economics, providing students with real-world insights.
Sam’s research focuses on strategies for motivating students, and he is dedicated to creating engaging and supportive learning environments. He has also mentored students and participated in DECA competitions. Outside of teaching, Sam stays informed on financial markets and trends.

I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of design like front-end development, landing pages, email design, app UI/UX, to my current role designing products for mobile platforms.
